Our Jani-King of Colorado regional office, located in Centennial, CO is seeking a Accounting Administrative Assistant who will provide our team, franchise owners, and clients, the support they needed to continually represent and uphold the Jani-King standard. Our Colorado market is rapidly growing, and we are looking for top-notch professionals to help us grow with it. The Administrative Assistant is the heartbeat of our office!
Job Summary
- Must have terrific phone manner and etiquette, a courteous attitude, and a professional demeanor.
- Provides administrative support to the Managing Partner, Sales Department, Office Manager, and Operational Department.
- Provides any assistance needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the regional office are meet.
- Required to oversee and ensure all internal special projects are properly handled.
- Must have prior office and customer service experience.
- Self-Motivated and Productive
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assistance/administrative support to each department.
- Provides accounting support to the Office Manager
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnel or assist with the callers needs.
- Customer Service calling to ensure our customers are satisfied with their service needs.
- Filing and Organizing our company paperwork
- Data Entry of daily transactions, billing, & customer calls Provides assistance/administrative support to each department.
- Provides assistance with customer calls for account receivables
- Making sure the Jani-King office is clean and orderly
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall growth of the team.
- A great attitude and ability to work well with others.
