Our company seeks an Intake Coordinator to assist home healthcare professionals with everything from filing and processing paperwork to typing and entering data. The Office Manager is also responsible for creating calendars and schedules for office staff as well as visiting clients when necessary. Candidates should be aware that they may need to hire other staff, monitor employee files, complete payroll, and set patient admission forms.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that company's schedule runs smoothly and on time.
- Ensure that office operations run effectively and efficiently.
- Make sure that all staff members are performing their duties thoroughly and correctly.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that work is completed on time.
- Make sure the company has the most up-to-date communication systems.
