Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Virtual Sales Manager to be responsible for the management of the customer database and execution of virtual sales activities for communities currently requiring additional sales support.
Assignments are at the discretion of the Director of Sales with preference given to communities with an open Sales Director position, communities whose occupancy needs warrant an additional Sales team member, and new development/acquisition communities.

Database Management: Oversee community databases, advancing leads through the sales process and organizing documents for the next Sales Director.

Lead Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing prospects, web leads, and schedule tours and home visits with local leadership teams.

Sales Activities: Utilize sales systems to convert leads to the next step, including events, tours, home visits, deposits, and move-ins.

Next Steps Planning: After reviewing lead notes and follow-up attempts, set detailed next steps tailored to prospect needs.

Visit Planning: Provide Executive Directors with completed Visit Planning Tools to ensure personalized visit experiences.

Communication: Maintain effective communication and detailed reporting with Executive Directors and Regional Sales & Marketing Managers.

Documentation: Ensure timely and appropriate documentation within the CRM system.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks via secret shops of communities and competitors.

Training & Development: Assist with coaching calls and training needs as assigned.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Home Office Sales & Marketing team.

What we're looking for:

Education/Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven senior living sales experience with successful results
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to quickly learn CRM technology

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with other departments

Ability to maintain confidential records

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or the ability to learn quickly
