*Job Description.
- General operations related to sushi preparation
- Setup sushi bar and stations.
- Fillet fish for the sushi bar and kitchen.
- Make sushi bar sauces and dressings.
- Monitor food stocks.
- Prepare all sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi.
- Maintain sushi bar area clean at all times and at the end of shift.
*Working hours:
- Monday-Sunday 5 days a week from around noon to 10:00pm
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Average 40-50 hours per week.
*Salary: $75K / year + Tips (BOE)
*Requirements:
- Must be able to make Omakase sushi
- Must have a background as a sushi chef
