Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our HVAC Subcontractor team. The ideal candidate will provide assistants to support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phones and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence for estimating (PlanHub, Blue Book etc)
-Create Job Folders for our Estimators, request quotes from Vendors, and Sub-Contractors
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
-Assist with entering invoices, creating Purchase Orders using QuickBooks Priemer Contractors 2022 Edition
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Priemer Contractors Edition
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in office administration or customer service is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
