Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose: A MACOM Customer Service Representative is the primary liaison between our customers, sales team, and product lines. Responsible for providing quotations and order management with a high degree of accuracy. Expected to build relationships throughout peer group to effectively solve problems
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform order entry and management: New Orders, Change Orders, Sample Orders, Returns, Credit and Debit.

Manage customer backlogs to ensure proper flow down of requirements, and respond to customer's reschedule requests

Process customer Requests for Quotation including historic pricing and other pertinent data, coordinating pricing with the Business Operations Manager

Solve problems of medium complexity using areas of experience, data, and good judgement.

Build relationships and trust though out the company and with customers.

Actively participates in department process improvements
