Day-to-Day:
- Serve as main point of contact and liaison between our clients and the Tax Professionals.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship.
- Examine client accounts for necessary documents for Tax Professional review.
- Assess and substantiate taxpayer financial reports.
- Collect necessary documentation, provide timely updates, and communicate effectively with relevant professionals (e.g. Enrolled Agents, attorneys) to go over resolution details.
- Manage a large pipeline and prioritize cases depending on the complexity and quantity with attention to detail.
- Manage escalations effectively over the phone.
What We Want:
- 2 years of experience in Case Management (preferred).
- Someone who has experience managing a large pipeline or high-volume case load.
- Time management and organization.
- Coachable mindset and student mentality.
- Previous call center experience or ability to handle high call volume.
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate great follow-up.
- Detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking.
