Responsibilities:

Maintain and track numerous HR processes, databases and spreadsheets for activities such as new hires, separations, service awards, leaves, work schedules, benefits enrollment, HRIS entry, etc.

Monitor employee training requests. Ensure proper approvals, enrollment, payments, notifications and record keeping.

Interact regularly with new and prospective employees. Assist with questions about policies and procedures and provide systems troubleshooting assistance and password resets.

Coordinate employee events and create engaging communications.

Create and track purchase orders, process invoices for payment, and order supplies.

Maintain electronic personnel files.
Requirements:

1-3 years administrative experience
-
Experience working in database programs, entering and extracting data, running reports. ADP experience a plus.

Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher

Ability to manage time wisely, focusing on important tasks and adhering to deadlines

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail a must

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

Administrative experience in HR preferred but not required.
Hiring Rate: $46,434 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
