Position: Customer Support

This is a full-time position, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are local to Las Vegas.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the beverage and wine distribution industry is highly desired.
- Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with databases and data syncing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be a local candidate in the Las Vegas area and able to work regular office hours.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the beverage and wine industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of the beverage and wine industry to maintain and grow relationships with clients.
- Utilize your excellent verbal communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations to help tailor the client experience with the product.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Discuss and troubleshoot basic database and syncing issues with relevant teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
