Looking for someone to coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Duties include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Inventory of office supplies, and materials
- Maintaining files
- Errands (Including mileage reimbursement)
- Answering phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
