Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling vital facility services and technology, primarily in person, but also over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve goals and quotas.

Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to deal closure.

Networking and Partnerships: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through effective networking, converting them into long-term partnerships.

Client Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.

After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints, ensuring satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate agreements and meticulously maintain records of sales and related data.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive, Manager, or in another sales/customer service role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software.
