Our Client is seeking a talented Recruitment Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms such as iCIMS, Lever, and UltiPro
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and training development initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Experience with executive recruiting is a plus
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
