Key Communication Speech & Language Services, Inc. is diverse team specializing in home-based and clinic-based pediatric speech and language services for the early intervention population. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support in the home health setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients with various medical conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
- Delivering in-home services for clients birth to 3 years in the Inland Empire areas such as: Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, Upland, Montclair, Eastvale, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, High Desert (Adelanto, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia etc.), San Bernardino, Colton, Riverside.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid CA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work effectively in a home setting
- Some pediatric experience or completion of pediatric fieldwork is preferred but not required (New are graduates are welcome too!)
- Preferred experience with infants, toddlers, and feeding difficulties
-Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with families
- Independent work ability and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a awesome
