Law firm specializing in representing claimants for Social Security Disability claims as well as Worker's Compensation claims is looking for the right person to fill our open position as an Administrative Assistant. We are seeking that special someone with a skillset to be flexible in the office setting with an eye to move up as the opportunity arises. A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and assist others will definitely get you a second look for this position. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- logging and scanning mail and faxes
- processing email
- processing medical and other records
- reception and phone duties
- sending out correspondence
- submitting electronic records
- clerical duties as assigned, including filing
- various administrative tasks as assigned

- must type minimum of 50 wpm
- use all Microsoft office products
- general knowledge of calendaring systems and working from computerized tasking
