Job Summary: Crossway HomeCare is seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Non-Clinical Nurse Supervisor. Organizational Relationship: As the Non-Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will report directly to
Non-clinical department manager
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, focusing on
non-clinical aspects of patient care services.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement
policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory
requirements.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the organization,
promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Conduct training for new hires and provide ongoing
education to nursing staff on company policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance initiatives to ensure the delivery of highquality care and services to our clients.
- Patient Admissions: Take responsibility for admitting new patients requiring services,
including coordinating the admission process and ensuring smooth transitions in
accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new nursing staff to
meet the growing demands of our company.
- Community Engagement: Represent our organization in the community, building
relationships with stakeholders and promoting our services and values.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging
your industry knowledge and network to drive strategic initiatives.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in your approach, willing to take
on new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
- Travel Flexibility: Be available and flexible to travel to both the North Shore and
Merrimack Valley regions for admissions, supervisions, and other related duties as
required.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Extensive experience in non-clinical/private duty services, with a proven track record of
success in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their
full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with team members and clients.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with a passion for delivering
high-quality care and services.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to
a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work 20 hours per week initially, with the potential to transition to a fulltime position as the company grows.
