Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating field labor for Service Department Operations.
Additionally, you’ll be involved in:
- Systematic meetings with service personnel to share information and gather input.
- Playing a prominent role in the GCS Leadership Team.
- Building professional relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conducting performance evaluations for GCS Service Department office staff and field personnel.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing a service department.
- Self-motivation, accountability, strong organizational skills, and effective decision-making ability.
- Detail-oriented with a drive to achieve set goals.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Participating in annual budget activities.
- Monitoring and managing profit & loss on service projects and work.
- Ensuring timely collections of accounts receivable.
- Reviewing equipment use and needs to optimize service capability.
- Identifying high-margin, low-risk negotiated work opportunities.
- Recruiting and developing personnel within the service department.
- Emphasizing customer service and prioritizing retention.
- Identifying and marketing to new clients for growth.

Pay: $65,072.00 - $74,338.00 per year
