Job Summary:
Order management, with an emphasis on EDI processing. Enter and manage orders from entry to shipment. Management of customer service employees. Management of consumer inquiries. ERP expert for the department. Maximize utilization of operating system. Streamline processes of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the department and its employees. Internal customer account management. Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and quality of work within the department. Drive internal cross-departmental communication and advocacy of improving and implementing new systems and processes that create efficiency within the department and that have a positive impact on the overall business.
Responsibilities:
Lead the order management department. Handle incoming orders through EDI, Fax, Email, and telephone calls. Ability and desire to use the ERP system while creating automated processes that are easy to follow, build expertise, and limit human error. Communicate and support both the sales organization and our valued customers. Candidate will have an internal drive to improve the department and be part of growing a company (both revenue and equally important in process and efficiency).
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 5+ years experience working in Order Management/Customer Service
· EDI experience and competencies
· ERP experience and competencies
· Personnel management experience
· Strong communicator, written and oral
· Strong leadership/management skills
· Desire and willingness to improve performance of department and processes
· Process driven
· Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
