Electrical Engineering Enterprises (EEE) is seeking an Electrical Field Construction Superintendent experienced with utility and industrial electrical construction experience. The Electrical Field Construction Superintendent is responsible for overall oversight of all field construction activities and direct oversight of all team members in the field on a day-to-day basis. These activities include but are not limited to on-site administrative management of EEE’s field Personnel. Technical direction for EEE’s field personnel. Additional activities include planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the quality installation and successful growth of a business unit.
This position could work with other disciplines and/or companies that EEE could be supporting. It is imperative that this person can effectively communicate EEE’s position when working with other companies, contractors and or customers.
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of each scope of work for the construction crew
· Preparation of a project schedule including milestone dates, resource requirements and critical path identification
· Planning and supervision of daily work activities.
· Trains and manages work personnel. This person has IBEW union General Foremen and Foremen reporting on a day-to-day basis.
· Tracks daily/weekly/monthly manpower usage and provides forecasts to management.
· Guides on-site personnel in best practices and installation techniques
· Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly job reporting.
· Work alongside Project manager to provide schedule updates
o Notifies management of potential change orders and delays.
· Has the appropriate Knowledge, skills and abilities to interpret blueprints, electrical systems, circuits, P&IDs and construction plans.
o Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturers installation manuals to complete assigned projects
· Enables the Knowledge, skills and abilities to identify material lead time(s), order equipment in a timely manner and receive with all EEE’s policies and Procedures.
· Remain in compliance with current National and Local Electric Codes
· Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
· Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
· Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· Driver’s License
· IBEW Journeymen Electrician License with at least 10 years of construction experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
· Foremen/General Foreman at least five (5) years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
· Demonstrated experience in Power Plant Construction.
· Primavera P6 Scheduling interpretation
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·
Preferred Qualifications
· Class A CDL Driver’s License
· Forklift Operator
· Testing & commissioning experience

Pay: $87,250.00 - $105,087.00 per year
