Seeking a proficient individual with accounting management experience who can perform day-to-day business financial and administrative activities for a construction company located on the North Fork of Eastern Long Island. It will include supervising two employees working with the outside accountants and performing accounting functions in Quickbooks. Keep organized job files, maintain employee files and should have experience to effectively manage the workplace. CDL/Truck Fleet management a plus. Approx. 35 hours a week. Salary based on experience.

- BS in Accounting or proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook
