Little Frenchie is a one of a kind Bistro - Michelin recognized and in the heart of Coronado.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees in a restaurant/ brunch and dinner service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient store performance
- create schedules and manipulate or busy seasons/days
- inventory counts & wine ordering
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching and training
- balance on the floor management and admin work
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement store policies and procedures
- handle off boarding
- cash handling
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well with a diverse team
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
