Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and typing
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Previous clerical experience is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Administrative skills to support various departments
