Job Description:
SFS is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as Customer Service Representative (CSR). The right candidate will exhibit the SFS principles (see below) and be comfortable in a fast paced, challenging role. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch to include loan production, collections, customer service, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Answering phone and processing payments.
- Completing credit applications and processing for approval.
- Closing loans
- Soliciting customers for additional funds and/or referrals (telephone or mail).
- Opening and Closing office as needed.
- Collection of past due accounts.
- Timely completion / proper placement of loan documentation after loan closing.
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Other education (degrees and advance training) and related experience (job times and type of experience) needed for various positions (if available) and will be considered in determining eligibility for vacancies.
- Experience with loan operating systems (GoldPoint a plus)
- Ability to work independently

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
