The Finance Operations Team handles several administrative functions within Finance. The team handles all the calls to the Finance's main number, the collection and distribution of the mail, and scanning and indexing documents into the OnBase online document storage and retrieval software. They are also responsible for finance records requests, record retention, and reissuing stale dated checks or reporting and submitting those funds as unclaimed property to the state.
