The Appointment and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments for medical providers in all 3 Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston clinic sites while providing excellent customer service to patients and clients and entering client data into an electronic health record and homeless management information system.
This position will also serve as back up for the Front Office Specialist and will assist in patient appointment check-in as needed.
