The ideal candidate will oversee day to day operations of a Healthcare focused technology services company with primary responsibility around HR, Contract management functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of both the software and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:**
*Human Resources:*
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance’s, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs for employees.
*Operations Management:*
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operation of office technology and systems.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
