Student Support Specialist, Remote (USA - Pacific Time Zone)
SisuCare is a tech-enabled hybrid certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program. SisuCare was founded to provide high-quality CNA training across California. We are currently hiring a Student Support Specialist to work directly with our online learners to ensure they are supported and mentored throughout their learning journey.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for student support once enrolled into the program
- Sort and prioritize student requests and escalate them to the faculty staff and administration
- Lead efforts to promote and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, accessible, and supportive environment for students and team members
- Perform administrative functions to ensure students are cleared to advance to clinical training
- Ability to communicate with students via call, email and texting
- Success of this position is measured by clinical readiness and student graduation rates
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills, ability to work with multiple software programs, learning management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone, Mon - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
