Job Overview:
Family-owned Industrial Property Management Company seeks a detail-oriented, seasoned Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a college degree, have a strong work ethic, be mature, stable, reliable and be able to work independently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and provide essential support to the Accounting Dept, Property Managers and the President.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Run A/P checks, and handle collections of A/R
- Mail Distribution
- Maintain and monitor Insurance Certificates for all tenants
- Oversee and update all tenant and vendor contact information
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain Tenant Lease Files
- Annual update of office file system
- Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of Property Management software a plus (MRI, Doorloop, Buildium, Yardi)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- 10+ years' experience in a similar position

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
