Position Overview:
In this role you will drive the profitable development of men’s and women’s sales. This role will be critical in delivering a gracious client experience through engagement and building relationships, driving sales growth through product knowledge and fostering a strong relation with the fashion design and creative community.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales goal on a monthly basis
- Deliver best customer experience
- Maintain showroom to the high standards consistent with the brand
- Develop client relationships through strong product knowledge and engagement
- Problem solve in partnership with leadership team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
- Maintain an organized stock on the floor and in the heart of the house
- Assist with web orders as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Prior in-store retail experience is required, luxury preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand
- Ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships through strong communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to strategies which address evolving business trends
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, computers, and all other office equipment.
- Can stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Hours of Operation:
- 10am – 6pm Tuesday–Thursday, 10pm – 7pm Friday-Saturday
Compensation:
- Hourly Base + Commission
