Miranda Logistics Enterprise Inc. is a leading provider of construction logistics and material transportation. Our team is currently hiring a bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions. Since we are part of the construction/service provider industry, we need an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities may include:
- recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
- Processing Payments
- Conducting daily bank activities
- Producing various financial reports ( income statements, ,balance sheet, cash flow statements, profit & loss statements)
- Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
- Accounts Receivable(s)
- Accounts Payable(s)
- Vendor Management
- Pay Applications for progress payments
- Lead billing team, verify invoice accuracy against contract language
Requirements:
- Accounting/finance background preferred
- 2+ years with bookkeeping experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
