Product Marketing Manager – Life Science Lab Digitalization Software

We are seeking a dynamic candidate with life science experience to join our growing team and spearhead strategic marketing efforts for our life science lab digitalization software as the Product Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our life science lab digitalization software solutions.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, then translate the findings into actionable insights.
3. Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
4. Generate compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, case studies, and whitepapers, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our life science lab digitalization software.
5. Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring smooth rollouts and driving momentum in the market.
6. Devise and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events, to generate leads and drive engagement.
7. Analyze and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
8. Serve as a product expert and spokesperson, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product development and enhancement.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to life science lab digitalization and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product marketing roles within the software industry, preferably with experience in marketing enterprise software solutions or digitalization technologies for life science companies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, including market analysis, segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure marketing performance.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in digitalization and life sciences.
- Ability to travel (up to 50%) to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as needed. since the beginning
