Pro Enclosures is looking for an experienced Supply Chain/ Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in beautiful Milton, KY. We are focused on dominating the aftermarket enclosure market. With your drive, skills, and diligence, you can grow with our exciting business from the ground floor up.
**Please note this position will work (4) 10 hour shifts per week.**
Job Duties
- Lead supply chain and inventory control management for the business.
- Assure that each project has a complete project plan with a full action list
- Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to a deadline, and allocating resources
- Monitor what is ahead of schedule, behind schedule, which projects are moving, what areas are facing challenges, and mitigate constraints.
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
- Coordinate all product phases: engineering, prototype, samples, production, marketing, quality, and launch.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Handle shipping and BOL’s.
- Setup new components and build BOMs within Netsuite
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field is preferred.
- 1-2+ years of Supply Chain experience required. Material handling industry experience is preferred.
- Qualified candidates must have procurement and inventory management experience.
- Qualified candidates will have a strong operations background and high-level technical/mechanical acumen
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have impeccable attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with Netsuite or a related ERP system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with the ability to re-prioritize as required, while managing projects within a defined budget and timeline.
- Strong time management and analytical skills are critical.
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual.
