Role
As a Production Coordinator (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Coordinator), you'll be responsible for operating equipment, ensuring accurate machine operation, overseeing the filling line process, and managing line team work. You'll also enforce Hazardous Material Handling Procedures, review Bill of Material for component accuracy, and assist in other areas of the filling line as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED Equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role and a minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Moderate PC and ERP capabilities, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Physical capabilities: Regularly lift 55 lbs, stand/walk for an entire eight-hour shift, and able to hear and understand work direction in a loud, distracting environment.
