Position Overview:

The Receptionist will be a first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Corporate Headquarters. The Receptionist will have duties that include responding and directing inquiries and requests, answering and screening incoming calls, handling inbound and outbound mail, and supporting with maintaining a tidy and organized working environment.
Essential Duties:

Operates as a first point of contact by greeting visitors and clients

Responds or redirects inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner

Answers and screens incoming calls, and routes to appropriate person or takes messages

Supports with conference room logistics
-
Handles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and may scan or send mail to designated recipients

Helps maintain a tidy and organized office environment
-
Works with office manager to regarding inventory and stock of office supplies
-
Assists with general administrative services such as document preparation, copying, and scanning as needed

Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
-
Previous receptionist, assistant, or customer service role
-
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work within a team environment and independently

Ability to balance several requests and priorities
-
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and professionalism with integrity and confidentiality
