The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, supporting, directing, and controlling the sales across the region. Must manage to sales budget and personnel plan monthly. Driving sales and execution in market by creating actionable plans, training and developing the sales force, and evaluating performance at every step. Excellent communication with Division Sales Director, Operations Manager, and James Edward and Companies.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach, and develop the organization to ensure objectives are met or exceeded and that sales and distribution targets are flawlessly executed to standard
· Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics which may impact volume and share as well as other business metrics
· With the DSD, define weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) priorities, strategies, and goals by coordinating with cross functional departments, to ensure the attainment of volume plan
· Drive accountability by spending time in the market working side-by-side with District Managers providing training, feedback / coaching, and evaluating performance as well as market conditions.
· Complete annual performance reviews with all direct reports, building and supporting Development Plans.
· Trains, develops, and ensures that direct reports receive the direction and support needed to over deliver against monthly sales and execution plans.
· Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices; act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
· Ensure all packages on promotion are executed with impactful displays.

Matador Distributing, LLC is the fifth largest distributor in the United States. It began operations in March 2000 in Atlanta, GA. Georgia warehouse locations include Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Rossville, Byron, Conyers, and Cartersville. The North Carolina warehouse is located in Asheville. Matador operates 100 routes that service over 8,000 customers throughout Atlanta Metro, rural Georgia, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Asheville, North Carolina with a team of over 200 employees and counting.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
