Responsibilities:
- Write and send engaging emails to former students, encouraging them to return to the studio.
- Develop personalized communication strategies to connect with former students.
- Track and analyze the success of re-engagement campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of student communications and responses.
- Collaborate with the studio team to create offers and incentives for returning students.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in email marketing or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for dance or the arts is a plus but not required.
