The Manager of Sales Operations will report to the VP of Global Sales Operations and is responsible for support for the Global sales team.
The primary role of this position is to provide cross-functional business, analytical and sales tool support including in accordance with company KPIs to key decision makers and sales leadership. This role will work across departments and close with Sr. Management delivering key information to drive business decisions and process improvements.Success in the role requires a team player approach, ability to work across departments with disparate needs, creativity and original thinking to proactively identify new and different process improvement approaches. This role will have an analyst reporting to them to assist in weekly KPI reporting deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare Board level reports and presentations that provide analysis of sales results, sales pipeline, client segments, and services using Salesforce.com.
- Perform data analytics and predictive modeling for input into sales compensation plan design and evaluation of sales plan performance
- Redesign processes to support efficiency of Sales operations
- Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast calls/meetings to support data input to ensure pipeline and opportunities are accurate and up to date
- Work with the sales, CS and marketing to implement global sales operations reporting requirements and frequency to ensure that critical real time data is made available to decision makers.
- Create standard dashboards and reports for sales, ELT and Board members.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organization's opportunity management of deal processing efforts
- Help coordinate approvals and input from Finance with booking reconciliation.
- Act as Liaison between Sales, Services, Marketing, Channel and Global Sales Operation teams.
- Supervise an analyst
- Assist in training of sales processes, sales tools
- Ability to work with Executive staff on adhoc analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience with a BA/BS degree
- Must be comfortable with Salesforce.com, excel, Gsuite business applications.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and create analysis based on incomplete information.
Good communication skills - - both verbal and written
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management
- A team player that can be successful in a fast paced environment. Quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency.
- Creativity and sound judgment in decision making while remaining adaptive and flexible depending on the situation.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to on-time delivery; also to manage and coordinate inputs from multiple sources.
- Excellent attention to detail
Base Hiring Range: $105,000 - $131,240
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
