POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive, detailed self-starter with excellent communication skills to provide high-level support to the Uniworld CEO.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and assistance to the CEO

Calendar, travel arrangements, and email management for the CEO
-
Compile and submit expense reports
-
Organize and manage all aspects of team building and team volunteer events
-
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
-
Assist in preparing various documents and presentations
-
Support the CEO with ad hoc projects
-
General administration and record-keeping for the department
-
Act with autonomy, make decisions, and act in line with company policies and procedures

Experience

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similarly high-level administrative role

Work collaboratively with internal executives and teams

Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite systems experience is a must
Travel & Other Requirements

Hybrid work position which includes three (3) days a week in the Encino office

No percentage of travel is required in the role
