Overview: Greywood Health Center is seeking an Adolescent and Young Adult Therapist to join our growing IOP / PHP team.
In this capacity, you will focus on delivering a best-in-class treatment experience for our clients and their families. Reporting to the Clinical Director you will play a key role in progressing clients towards their treatment goals and managing end-to-end client care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily group therapy programming and conduct individual and family therapy sessions using our evidence-based, transtheoretical approach
- Collaborate with Greywood team members to develop tailored client formulations and execute treatment plans
- Assess and chart daily client progress, noting readiness for discharge or need for higher level of care
- Ensure regular updates to parents / caretakers
- Develop discharge plans, liaising with outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care
- Coordinate with utilization review team
- Complete documentation in a thorough and timely manner
- Participate in professional development activities
- Contribute to Greywood’s reputation as a thought leader in the adolescent and young adult IOP / PHP space
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology or certification as LCSW or LCPC or LMFT
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adolescents and / or young adults
- Experience in higher levels of care (IOP/PHP/Inpatient)
- In depth knowledge of therapeutic modalities, such as dynamic, schema, psychodrama, CBT, DBT, ACT, group and / or family

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
