Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for business development in the artificial turf industry.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for positive performance in all areas related to sales and the customer experience
· Coordination of sales/leads through the regional national boxstore and organic sales programs
· Responsible for communicating and coordinating with project administrator and installers to get maximum results in an appropriate amount of time
· Responsible for sales calls, including quotes and follow up on all leads, striving for a 30% minimum “closing” rate
· Coordination of meetings with potential clients to educate them about the different options available based on their needs
· Measuring and calculating project costs for clients
· Submission of bids and follow-up with clients in a timely manner (estimates go out the same day a bid is given)
· Assist with ensuring that all materials and related resources are available prior to an installation being scheduled
· Collect deposit up front
· Analyze trends and keep management informed of actions to improve performance
· Complete all necessary closeout paperwork, input into SharePoint and assist project administrator in collecting final payment the day of completion (if needed)
· Maintain all work areas so they are organized at all times, including office, desk area and company vehicle
Qualifications/Skills:
· Knowledge of the industry
· Good oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Strong organization and presentation skills

· Timeliness of all reports, daily reconciliation of that day’s sales
· Must have successful outcome of background screening, legal driving, eligibility and successful completion of all onboarding documentation (Employee Handbook)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
