Job Summary:
Works closely with Operations and Production leadership to establish, create, implement, and enforce company initiatives/policies while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality for our internal and external customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Meets deadlines and goals, as established by department leadership.
Enforces company policies. Provides feedback to leadership when inconsistencies are observed.
Leads by example, approachable, follows through on promises and commitments.
Monitors break schedules of the employees, and other time off the floor
Delivers monthly performance reviews to agency temporary staff.
Recognizes the impact of own decisions on company, customers, and team members. Speaks respectively of company and leaders.
Provides support during physical inventories and works overtime as required.
Works safely at all times.
Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders:
Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor
Collaborates with other employees and departments toward common goals and objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, or other relevant experience
2+ years in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse environment
Relevant QC/QA experience
Ability to learn & perform all warehouse processes as needed.
Strong technical skills. Experience with Microsoft, RF, Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong English language, math, reading, and writing skills.
Strong leadership skills and subject matter expert in the department
Ability to lift 40 lbs and regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch on a concrete floor
