We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our campaigns/launching, website listings and web pages, creating engaging digital content for new listings and campaigns, generating blog content, and deal with email and SMS marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination/Website Management:
- Coordinate campaign/launching schedule with team
- Manage Shopify listings and web pages, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Create and update digital content for new product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the other team to be sure all departments will align with schedule of campaign
2. Email/SMS Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling content and creating visually appealing templates.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and maintain an updated customer database.
3. Digital Content Creation:
- Generate engaging blog content related to our products, industry trends, and customer interests.
- Research and develop creative ideas for blog posts, ensuring high-quality writing and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather information and insights for content creation.
4. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and other related inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using website management platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience in creating engaging digital content, such as blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMS marketing tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
