**Job Summary:**
Join our team as Admissions Team Lead where you will play a crucial role in overseeing admission operations and ensuring efficient workflow. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can lead by example and drive our team towards success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate daily admissions activities, including tracking outbound calling, auditing enrollments for compliance, participating in student enrollments.
- Train and educate admissions staff on best practices, enrollment procedures, and company policies.
- Have regular 1:1 meetings with team members and Directors to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain enrollment accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and optimize admissions efficiency
- Lead by example in promoting a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and productivity
**Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a call center setting, or phone sales preferred.
- Candidate should have experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications a plus
