Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
- Maintain knowledge of menu with the ability to make suggestions
- Know how to operate and pour beverages from the taps
- Assist patrons with selection of beer by explaining the tasting notes and make recommendations for food pairings
- Assist patrons with use of the food ordering kiosks
- Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill
- Receive payments by validating credit charges; approving checks; accepting currency; calculating and issuing charges
- Provide table-side customer service as necessary
- Communicate effectively with back of house team members to meet guest needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
- Although not listed, other duties and tasks may be assigned during work shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
