Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrators to join our team. The Program Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage treatment and procedures for clients receiving Applied behavioral analytic services, under the direction of Clinical Director and BCBA
-Knowledge of behavioral analytic principles for treatment of individuals with autism is required.
- Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings, workshops, and events
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to undertake the Behavioral Program
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure program goals are met
- Prepare reports and presentations on patient performance and outcomes
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders
- Knowledge and proficiency of CENTRAL REACH software is a must
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Public Health) either as LCSW, LMFT or BCBA credentials
- Proven experience in program administration or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems

Pay: $69,120.00 - $90,431.00 per year
