Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, dynamic Business Development leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record partnering with ambulatory vendors and growing a channel partner network. This role requires creative thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the ambulatory healthcare IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and execute reseller partnerships with EMR/PM vendors, clearinghouses, and other HIT vendors.
- Build partner and sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with marketing.
- Identify and prioritize target partners, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and lead sales processes from lead generation to close.
- Create solution, pricing and GTM strategies to fit partner needs.
- Sell specified product offerings to HIT vendors for internal use.
- Coordinate with product and leadership teams to drive product enhancements to meet evolving partner and customer needs.
- Leverage network to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven enterprise experience in a similar Business Development role partnering with ambulatory vendors.
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle management (HCC coding knowledge preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Dynamic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
