Brody Law Group, an established NYC insurance defense firm has multiple opportunities for experienced attorneys. With offices in New York City and Huntington on Long Island, the attorney has the ability to have an immediate significant impact on the firm, the team, and their clients.
The attorneys are highly skilled litigators who offer expertise and counseling in the areas of sophisticated construction and labor law litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, products liability and appellate practice. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters in labor law, premises liability and construction defect cases in the New York Metropolitan area from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of construction law, insurance law, labor law, personal injury litigation experience heavily preferred
- NY Bar admission required, NJ and/or CT a plus
- Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court, Federal a plus
- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial

Salary Range: There are multiple roles open ranging from junior to senior levels. $110K - 200K, depending on experience.
