The Business Desk Cloud Operations Manager will report to the Worldwide Desk Leader and drive transactional operations processes of Private Offers with NetApp's Hyperscaler partners. The operations manager will act as a close business partner to Cloud Business Units and Seller as well as be responsible for refining cloud empowerment rules and managing the overall discounting of Hyperscaler Private Offers.
Drive upfront structuring of Business Desk ownership of Cloud Hyperscaler Transactions by:

Refining Business Desk (BD) responsibility for present and future

Driving the BD process and ensuring process documentation of functions and flows

Providing readiness of BD responsibilities to the broad Business Desk and awareness to the Field of Business Desk responsibilities

Ensuring BD has access and understanding of any tools, dashboards, or reports to assist with their responsibilities
Support Business Desk, Field and Cloud Pricing at Opportunity Level by being:

Primary central resource for Geo Business Desks on Cloud offers and pricing strategies

Escalation resource for Marketplace Operations Team on Hyperscaler private offer discounting strategies

An expert on specific deal opportunities across processes, pricing, and tools

Owner and architect of Key Performance Indicators to provide deal-level insight to improve future pricing structures

Strong understanding of Cloud Marketplace Offers and transactional processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Creative approach to problem-solving
Program Management training or experience

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience as well as a Bachelors degree or commensurate experience

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $200,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
