Our high-end Orthodontic center is in need of an Orthodontic Assistant to assist the Doctor(s) in all clinical procedures while maintaining proactive patient flow and a wonderful working environment to enhance the patient experience.
What You'll Do:
· Dental Assistant - Patient Treatment from start to finish with individualized care and patience
· Dental Assistant to the doctor thoroughly and completely with orthodontic procedures with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency
· Focus on clear aligner treatment cases
· Prepare electronic chart entry for accuracy and “PTR” entry making sure details of each visit, next visit, # of weeks for next visit, doctor, COA, oral hygiene, compliance, etc are all included
· Delivering orthodontic instructions clearly and thoroughly with use of visual aids; dispensing of oral hygiene supplies as needed
· Taking patient records with the highest of fidelity while seeking instruction to perfect techniques; self-critique as necessary under the supervision of the Doctor
· Recording careful and thorough notes in electronic chart
· Sterilization and stocking of chairs including all consumables, instruments, burs, etc
What is needed to be a Successful Candidate:
· Must be have been a Dental Assistant for 3 years min, with Orthodontic Chairside Experience required.
· Strong References
· Full Time Availability (Monday - Friday 8-5 or 9-6 rotating schedule) (no nights or weekends)
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
