Tuscan Village is seeking professional Guest Services Ambassadors to join our growing team.
JOB SCOPE
Delivering experiences that meet and exceed the expectations of our guests and tenants of Tuscan Village, a high-profile, mixed-use development in Salem NH. Fundamentally, this requires providing a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable area for all. Assisting to protect, maintain and enhance the value of the property. Establish and build strong, positive relationships with guests and tenants. The candidate must be an experienced professional, who has guest-first experience and mentality. Must serve as an exemplary figure to coworkers and represent the company within the framework of its core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility is to ensure hospitality to our guests and tenants and keep the property safe, secure, clean, comfortable, and exceeding expectations of guests and tenants.
· Ensuring that each guest that comes to our property experiences our guest first hospitality and feels as if they are a part of the Tuscan Village community.
· Assisting guests with any needs; directions, questions, comments, concerns. Being available for guests is very important.
-Keeping a clean environment and maintaining public areas including South Village, Lake Park, Beach, Boardwalk, Linear Park, Tuscan Boulevard.
· Minimize risk by monitoring and managing property, tenant, and vendor insurance requirements; security; life safety policies, procedures, and training
· Continuing to keep the property safe and ensuring that guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the property
· Assisting in the logistics of events conducted on site; specifically, setting up and breaking down for events.
· Ensuring that all Lake Park/Beach rules and regulations are being followed by our guests
· Building and continuing positive relationships with all tenants on the property and assisting with any of their needs.
· Assisting and ensuring the safety of the property for all weather conditions.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to respond to emergencies at any time with ability to cope with shifting priorities and difficult situations
· Ability to work a rotating schedule during the hours of property operation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
