Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Handle customer questions and concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Produce new policies for prospective client and cross sell existing clients
- Advis prospects of coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective customers, and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Process Underwriting memos
- Process Applications/data entry
- Handle policy changes
We Are Seeking:
- Spanish is preferred but not required
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Confident Self starter who works well independently
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Ability to multi task, Follow through, and follow up
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Manage time effectively
